went for pool last night at singapore orchid country club with hui zhen, wei jie and kelvin (not too sure if it is spelled as kelvin or calvin).. and in the midst of the game.. hui zhen went exploring singapore orchid country club where we ended up having to search for her.. =X anyway.. there were something that the guys had said which i am quite bothered with.. and that is girls with long legs and big eyes are more attractive.. which means that i am not attractive because i do not have long legs and neither do i have big eyes.. ): although wei jie did say that the length of my legs are acceptable and kelvin did say that it does not mean that i am not attractive.. i am still quite upset.. but well.. what is worse is that kelvin said that my eyes are small and my eyelashes are short.. ): disheartening.. that aside.. i thought i would be happy when someone could tell that i am single and not attached.. but.. i am not very please when the guys are able to do so.. why??

before i forget.. this is what happened few days back when i went to have stuffs photocopied at a bookstore with my sister.. as soon as we stepped into the bookstore.. we proceeded to where the photocopier was.. and for as long as we stood there.. we tried hard to get the attention of the uncle who was standing behind the counter using the phone.. despite having being able to see us from where he was.. he did not stop us from using the photocopier without assistance.. and the reason why we had decided to use it without any assistance was because of my sister's previous trip to the same bookstore in which they asked her to do the photocopying without any assistance.. but for that particular trip.. the uncle had actually shouted at us for not asking for assistance.. claiming that we should not have done so especially when there is no sign of "self-service".. however.. there is too no sign of "please ask for assistance".. well.. that is not the main point.. the main point is.. does he have to shout??

with me having accepted a temporary job and being offered a permanent job thereafter.. i had actually tried to arrange with the permanent job to start work only after the temporary job ends.. however.. it was not possible.. thus.. i have to make a choice between the permanent job and the temporary job.. of which.. i had chosen the permanent job.. mainly because it is not a temporary job.. and secondly because i no longer have to go through the process of job hunting as well as interviews.. knowing that my sudden withdrawal from the temporary job would cause changes in the schedule.. i had offered to have my friend to replace me so as to minimise the changes.. however.. my offer was subsequently rejected.. well.. i understand that it is partially my fault.. but.. is it still my fault after trying to help??
